Search & Advanced Filters
- Search Bar: Perform quick lookups by entering lead Name, Company, or Email.
- Sorting & Prioritization :Columns such as Name, Company, Owner, Stage, and Created At support ascending/descending sorting, enabling users to prioritize leads based on relevance or urgency.
- Filters Panel: Clicking the Filters button opens an advanced sidebar panel offering extensive filtering options.
Available Filter Categories:
Users can filter leads based on a wide range of attributes to tailor the data view to their business goals:
- Each filter supports two basic filter types:
- Is Empty: Displays only those records where the selected column has no value.
- Is Not Empty: Displays only those records where the selected column contains some data.

New Lead Creation
- New Lead Button: Easily accessible in the top-right corner, this button allows users to initiate the creation of a new lead with minimal input.

Column Customization (Column Selector)
- Accessed via the column settings icon on the top-right of the leads table.
- Provides a customized view by letting users select or deselect specific columns.
- Name is a mandatory column and cannot be deselected.
- Users must have a minimum of 5 columns selected to maintain a valid dashboard view.
- This flexibility allows users to tailor their lead dashboard to show only the most relevant information.
Leads Table View
The leads are presented in a dynamic, sortable table with the following columns:
Column | Description |
Name | Hyperlinked to individual lead profiles. Clicking opens detailed lead information. |
Company | Displays the lead's affiliated organization (if provided). |
Tags | Color-coded tags highlight key information such as Demo Done, Budget Approved, 10% Discount, or Upsell Opportunity. A numeric indicator shows the number of additional tags. |
Owner | Identifies the team member responsible for nurturing and converting the lead. |
Stage | Reflects the current status of the lead in the sales funnel, including stages like: •New Lead •Contacted •Engaged •Qualified Lead •Proposal Sent •Negotiation •Closed-Won •Closed-Lost |
Created At | Indicates the date and time the lead was added, helping with recency-based prioritization. |
Email address for direct contact. | |
Source | Identifies the origin of the lead (e.g., WhatsApp, Referral, Social Media, Website). This helps in source tracking and campaign performance analysis. |
Website | Provides the lead's company or personal website, if available, useful for pre-call research. |
Phone | Displays the primary contact number of the lead. |
Job Title | Shows the lead’s professional designation, offering insight into their decision-making power. |
CP (Conversion Probability) | Shows a percentage-based estimate of the lead’s likelihood to convert, assisting in prioritization. |
Deal Size | Indicates the estimated or confirmed deal value in currency terms (e.g., USD). |
Contact Options | Provides direct actions via WhatsApp or Email for immediate outreach. Icons allow quick engagement. |
