Search & Advanced Filters

  • Search Bar: Perform quick lookups by entering lead Name, Company, or Email.
  • Sorting & Prioritization :Columns such as Name, Company, Owner, Stage, and Created At support ascending/descending sorting, enabling users to prioritize leads based on relevance or urgency.
  • Filters Panel: Clicking the Filters button opens an advanced sidebar panel offering extensive filtering options.

Available Filter Categories:

Users can filter leads based on a wide range of attributes to tailor the data view to their business goals:

  • Each filter supports two basic filter types:
    • Is Empty: Displays only those records where the selected column has no value.
    • Is Not Empty: Displays only those records where the selected column contains some data.

New Lead Creation

  • New Lead Button: Easily accessible in the top-right corner, this button allows users to initiate the creation of a new lead with minimal input.

Column Customization (Column Selector)

  • Accessed via the column settings icon on the top-right of the leads table.
  • Provides a customized view by letting users select or deselect specific columns.
  • Name is a mandatory column and cannot be deselected.
  • Users must have a minimum of 5 columns selected to maintain a valid dashboard view.
  • This flexibility allows users to tailor their lead dashboard to show only the most relevant information.

Leads Table View

The leads are presented in a dynamic, sortable table with the following columns:

Created AtIndicates the date and time the lead 
was added, helping with 
recency-based prioritization.
