The Customers Page in Leadmastro provides a centralized, cleanly organized interface to manage your client base efficiently. Whether you're maintaining relationships or tracking communications, this tool ensures your customer data is accessible, filterable, and actionable. Key Features
Search & Advanced Filters
The Customers page includes a powerful search bar and filter mechanism to help you quickly locate customer records.
- Search Bar: Perform real-time lookups using a customer’s Name, Company, or Email.
- Sorting & Prioritization: Columns such as Name, Company, Owner, Stage, and Created At support ascending/descending sorting, enabling users to prioritize leads based on relevance or urgency.
- Filters Panel: Click the Filters button to open a sidebar with advanced options to refine your view.
Available Filter Categories:
Users can filter leads based on a wide range of attributes to tailor the data view to their business goals:
- Each filter supports two basic filter types:
- Is Empty: Displays only those records where the selected column has no value.
- Is Not Empty: Displays only those records where the selected column contains some data.

New Customer Creation
- Use the New Customer button located in the top-right corner to quickly add a new customer record.
- The entry form supports capturing essential fields such as Name, Email, Phone, Company, Source, and Tags.
Column Customization (Column Selector)
- Accessed via the column settings icon on the top-right of the customers table.
- Provides a customized view by letting users select or deselect specific columns.
- Name is a mandatory column and cannot be deselected.
- Users must have a minimum of 5 columns selected to maintain a valid dashboard view.
- This flexibility allows users to tailor their lead dashboard to show only the most relevant information.
Customers Table View
All customer data is presented in a dynamic, sortable table that includes the following:

Company | Displays associated organization name. |
Tags | Color-coded indicators showing customer traits (e.g., “High Value”, “Upsell Opportunity”). Extra tags are shown as "+n". |
Owner | Indicates the Leadmastro user responsible for the customer. |
Created At | Timestamp of when the customer was added. |
Contact email ID. | |
Job Title | Shows the professional role, if known. |
Phone | Displays the customer’s contact number. |
Website | Clickable link to customer’s web address. |
Source | Displays the platform or channel from where the customer originated (e.g., Social Media, WhatsApp). |

Communication Shortcuts
- WhatsApp Icon: Opens a chat with the lead directly in WhatsApp.
- Email Icon: Launches the default or integrated email client to initiate communication seamlessly.
