How to import leads into LeadMastro?

The first step of your LeadMastro prospecting is to import your leads into the tool. You can import in 4 ways on LeadMastro. Here are all these ways 👇

Once you have clicked on the Import button, you will see the options to import your leads.

 

 

How to organize your prospect lists?

🔮 Limits in prospect lists

There is a maximum number of prospects on each list, depending on your subscription.

Subscriptions for all: 1000 month-to-month subscriptions: no greatest cutoff per list. When this cutoff is reached, you will either need to make another rundown to import your new prospects, or you can figure out and eliminate a few prospects from this rundown. You are not restricted regarding the number of records in the device.

🔮 Create a list of prospects

You can create a list of prospects easily, like this:

🔮 Edit the name of a prospect list

You can edit the name of a list from the list, by clicking on 3 small dots next to the name of the prospect :

🔮 Delete a lead list

Deleting a prospect list means deleting all the prospects and their data in it. You can delete the list of prospects from the 3 small dots next to the name:

🔮 Exporting your lead lists to CSV

You can export your prospect lists and all your prospect data to a CSV file, like this:

 

Tags in lead lists

Tags are small labels attached to your leads that will allow you to organize your leads.Very useful to identify, for example, the prospects who "responded", the prospects who are "not interested" or those who "to follow up". The tags are filterable, which makes the functionality much more interesting. You can therefore easily launch campaigns, and delete or transfer the prospects of your choice

🔮 Create a tag

  • Go to the list of prospects,

  • Select all or some prospects,

  • Click on "Tag" and the little "+" in the sidebar that will open, and create a tag or you can add previously created tag.

    🔮 Modify a tag

    • Go to the list of prospects,

    • Go to the tag,

    • Click on the little pencil to edit,

    • Change the name and save, it like this:

  • You can remove a tag for prospects like this:
