Now that you know how to import leads into Leadmastro, it's time to master campaigns via LinkedIn.They allow you to sequence actions such as profile visits, profile follow-ups, connection requests, and messages according to certain deadlines and conditions. And all this in a fully automated process!

⚠️ Note

If the lead responds, they are automatically removed from the campaign.

🔮 Launch a campaign via your prospect list

This is called “Quick Launch”, the goal is to launch a campaign quickly and simply. 😎 You need to position yourself in your list of prospects.

When creating a campaign, you have a variety of steps and conditions that you can utilize.

STEPS:-

👉 Visit Profile:-  The prospects whose profiles you have added to your list will be examined in this section.

👉 Follow Profile:- The prospects whose profiles you have added to your list will be followed in this section.

👉 Connection Request:- The prospects whose profiles you have added to your list will be sent a connection request. You can send a connection request or you can send a connection request with a personalized note.

Now, you can choose the option to send a message template that you have already created.

Additionally, you have the option to create a note within the campaign.

👉  Follow-up Message:- The prospects whose profiles you have added to your list will be sent a follow-up message, you can choose the option to send a message template that you have already created.

Also, you can create a note within the campaign.

👉  Delay:- A delay is a waiting time, either between two steps or before validating a condition. It can appear as a separate step "Delay" or associated with another condition such as "Not connected & Delay 15 days".

🔮 Delay details

  • You cannot edit a delay on a current campaign.
  • You can see the delays between actions in the campaign structure.
  • You can set the delay to 0 days up to 30 days!!!

Conditions:-

To ensure that prospects meet the necessary conditions for the execution of a given step or simply to condition their progress in the campaign, there are different "condition" steps. Conditions consist of 4 types which are,

👉 If Connected

👉 If Followed You

👉 If Visited Your Profile

👉 When Connects

Once you have chosen the sequence, you need to complete the steps one after the other and launch the campaign.

🔮 Track your campaigns

You can then easily track your campaign by simply clicking on the campaign that is been completed. You'll have access to 2 sections:

  1. Analytics
  2. Prospects

1. Analytics

In this section, you can access and analyze campaign insights. It provides valuable information such as the total number of actions sent during a specific time period, categorized by the type of action. Moreover, you can examine the insights related to prospects, including statistics for ongoing prospects as well as completed ones. To further refine your analysis, you have the option to apply date range filters, enabling you to view distinct analytics for different days.

2. Prospects

This is where you can track the progress of your prospects and their "status", i.e. where they are in the campaign. They are listed with:

👉 The current step they are at: the last action they are in at the moment.

👉  The status: they are "in progress", "paused", for example 👇

👉  You have the capability to filter your prospects based on Current Step Type (Visit Profile, Follow Profile, Connection Request, Follow-up Message, Delay), and Status (Completed, Processing, Paused, Pending, Running, Error, Stopped).

👉 During the campaign you can Pause or Stop the campaign.
